获取路径分隔符
Delphi有两个函数来获取路径分隔符。
System.IOUtils.TPath.DirectorySeparatorChar
System.SysUtils .PathDelim
由于确定该值的时间不同，因此可以使用的情况也有所不同。
System.IOUtils.TPath.DirectorySeparatorChar是TPath类的类属性。
该值在运行时确定，不能用于常量。
System.SysUtils.PathDelim是System.SysUtils单元的常数。
由于它是在编译时确定的，因此可以将其用于常量。
const
Path1 = 'foo' + System.IOUtils.TPath.DirectorySeparatorChar + 'bar'; //编译错误
Path2 = 'foo' + System.SysUtils.PathDelim + 'bar';
